Minneapolis, Saturday morning. Federal agents pepper sprayed a woman, then surrounded and beat 37-year-old ICU nurse Alex Pretti to death as he tried to help her. The Department of Homeland Security claims Pretti was a "violent threat" who "menacingly" approached with a gun and "dozens of rounds of ammunition."
That single statement is a flat-out lie. Something much darker is happening here - and the Bible foretold it all.
The Prophetic Warning The book of Daniel lays out a chilling timeline of end-times events leading to the return of Jesus Christ. Chapter 7 describes a "beast" government that "shall devour the whole earth" and "wear out the saints of the Most High."
Sound familiar? Federal agents brutalizing and murdering innocent citizens. An authoritarian state crushing all dissent. The systematic persecution of Christians.
Isaiah's Warning The prophet Isaiah gave an even more dire warning 700 years before Christ. In chapter 59, he describes a future society of "injustice" and "oppression" where "truth is lacking" and "he who departs from evil makes himself a prey."
Does that not perfectly capture the reality unfolding around us? Honest people like Alex Pretti, trying to help their fellow man, are being targeted, beaten, and killed by a corrupt government. The truth is buried under an avalanche of lies.
The Coming Tribulation These are not isolated incidents. They are signposts pointing to the biblical "time of trouble" prophesied in the book of Daniel - a global period of unimaginable suffering, war, and persecution that will precede the second coming of Christ.
The technology to monitor, control, and subjugate the population is already in place. Brain chips, digital currency, total surveillance. Revelation 13 warned us 2000 years ago that a global beast system would arise, forcing everyone to take its "mark" or be excluded from basic commerce.
