I used to be an optimistic guy. Heck, I even had a white picket fence and a 9-to-5 gig back in the day. But that all changed after I got stabbed investigating a child trafficking ring out west. Now I'm a hermit, only venturing out when absolutely necessary - like today, when I had to brave the tundra to get some supplies from the local Dollar General.

The Soulless Spread of Corporate America

As I walked through those fluorescent-lit aisles, the stark reality hit me like a freight train. This wasn't my town anymore. Hell, it wasn't even a town at all - just a soulless outpost of the corporate machine, stamped out like a cookie-cutter replica across the fruited plain.

Main Street is dying. Every small business, every family-owned shop, slowly consumed by the rising tide of dollar stores, big box retailers, and Amazon delivery trucks. And in their wake, a cultural and spiritual void - the very lifeblood of America, drained away.

The Mark of the Beast

But this isn't just about the death of small-town America. No, my friends, this is about something much bigger. Something biblical. Because if you look closely, you can see the unmistakable fingerprints of the beast system foretold in the book of Revelation.

The technology exists right now. Brain chips that go in your forehead. Digital currency that tracks every transaction. An all-seeing surveillance state that knows your every move. It's all here, ready to usher in the mark of the beast and a world where "no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark."
