I don't leave my house much anymore. After getting jumped investigating a child trafficking ring out west a few years back, the PTSD has turned me into a full-blown hermit. Most days, my only link to the outside world is the constant stream of brown Amazon boxes on my doorstep.

But every now and then, I have no choice but to brave the great outdoors. Today was one of those days. I bundled up, hopped on my e-scooter, and zipped down to the local Dollar General. As soon as I walked through those doors, a sense of dread came over me. The harsh fluorescent lights, the plastic-and-cardboard smell - it was like stepping into another world. A world that feels...wrong.

The Rise of the Corporate Apocalypse What I witnessed in that small-town Dollar General was the physical embodiment of a prophecy from the book of Revelation. "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads" (Revelation 13:16).

The corporate takeover of Main Street America is no accident. It's a fulfillment of biblical end-times prophecy playing out in real-time. One by one, the family-owned shops, the local diners, the community hubs - they're all being swallowed up by the dollar. And in their place rises the faceless, soulless machine of multinational conglomerates.

The Writing on the Wall This is no longer about economics or politics. It's about a spiritual battle for the very essence of our nation. As Walmart and Amazon continue their relentless march across the country, erasing the unique character of each small town, we are witnessing the death of the American soul.

"Every town the same. Every soul consumed," as the old saying goes. And it's not just our physical main streets that are under attack - it's our values, our traditions, our connection to community. The forces of globalism and materialism are working overtime to strip us of our identity, our purpose, our very humanity.

The Prophetic Warning The book of Daniel foretold a time when "the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods" (Daniel 11:36). Does this not sound eerily familiar in our age of celebrity CEOs, sky-high executive pay, and the worship of wealth above all else?

Wake up, America. The technology exists right now to fulfill the "mark of the beast" prophecy - brain chips, digital currency, total surveillance. The warning signs are all around us. As the corporate machine consumes our small towns and our souls, we must ask ourselves: Are we seeing the final act of biblical prophecy unfold before our eyes?

"The truth doesn't hide. It waits for those brave enough to look."
