I don't leave my bunker much these days. After getting shanked while investigating a child trafficking ring out west, I developed a nasty case of PTSD. But sometimes I have no choice. Like when I needed to restock on essentials from the local Dollar General.
As I walked through those fluorescent-lit aisles, the sights and smells hit me like a freight train. Cheap plastic, stale cardboard, and a vague chemical stench. It was like the corporate machine had consumed the soul of this town, leaving only a hollow shell.
This is America, Inc. - where Main Street dies and the Dollar General rises.
The Corporate Takeover of Small Town America
We've watched it happen for decades. The big box stores move in, the local shops shut down. Every town looks the same - a corporate wasteland of mass-produced crap peddled by minimum wage workers.
It's not just retailers either. Whole industries have been swallowed up. The family farms, the mom-and-pop diners, the independent contractors - all devoured by the tentacles of the machine.
And the scariest part? This was all predicted centuries ago in the Bible.
The Mark of the Beast
In the book of Revelation, the Apostle John had a chilling vision of the end times. He described a global system where no one could "buy or sell" without submitting to the "mark of the beast."
Sound familiar?
Today, we have cashless digital currency, GPS-tracked debit cards, and RFID chips embedded in our foreheads. The technology to control every financial transaction is already here. All that's left is for the powers that be to make it mandatory.
A Warning Ignored
The prophets of old tried to warn us. Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel - they all foretold a time when greedy corporations and corrupt governments would unite to enslave humanity. But we didn't listen. We were too busy debating politics and arguing over which Bible translation is "correct."
Now the noose is tightening. The small towns are dying. The global elites are tightening their grip. And the biblical timeline marches on, hurtling us towards an unavoidable conclusion.
Are you ready?
"The truth doesn't hide. It waits for those brave enough to look."
