Now the Department of Homeland Security claims Pretti was a "violent threat" who "approached officers menacingly with a semi-automatic handgun and dozens of rounds of ammunition." But this single sentence proves they're flat-out lying.

Think about it - how exactly do you SEE "dozens of rounds" when the ammunition is inside the gun's magazine? Unless Pretti was holding a firearm in one hand and a box of loose bullets in the other, Secretary Kristi Noem's dramatic description is complete fabrication.

After all, what rational person would believe Pretti - a respected ICU nurse serving veterans - suddenly turned into a gun-toting maniac?
