Video captures half a dozen ICE officers beating a handcuffed man who is face-down on the ground, then shooting him five times at point-blank range as a terrified bystander flees the scene.

Federal authorities are already defending the agents, claiming the man was "armed and dangerous." But the video proves they are lying - the man posed zero threat, yet was executed in cold blood while restrained.
