Have you noticed a rise in disturbing occult and satanic imagery in popular culture lately? From music videos to blockbuster movies, sinister symbolism seems to be everywhere. As a Christian investigative journalist, I've been studying this troubling trend - and what I've uncovered is deeply concerning.

Occult Symbols Infecting Entertainment Take the music video for the hit song "Blinding Lights" by The Weeknd. In it, the singer sports creepy red contact lenses and performs in front of a giant upside-down cross - a well-known satanic symbol. This isn't an isolated incident. Occult hand signs, inverted crosses, and other dark imagery have become shockingly commonplace in today's entertainment.

Some dismiss this as mere artistic expression. But many of these symbols carry profound spiritual meaning rooted in the occult. The inverted cross, for example, is a direct mockery of Christianity, signifying a rejection of Christ and the exaltation of Satan. When celebrities and artists use these symbols, they lend them an air of normalcy and coolness, desensitizing the public.

A Sinister Agenda? Given the disturbing nature of these symbols, it's hard not to wonder if there's a darker agenda at play. Could this be part of the prophesied "great deception" mentioned in the Bible, where evil is portrayed as good? After all, the end times are said to be marked by a flourishing of demonic activity and a falling away from the true faith.

"The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved." - 2 Thessalonians 2:9-10

If this is the case, then Christians must be vigilant and not fall prey to these subtle spiritual attacks. We must stand firm in the truth of God's word and shine the light of Christ into the darkness.

"The truth doesn't hide. It waits for those brave enough to look."
