Elon Musk is not a man known for hyperbole. So when the tech visionary warns that artificial intelligence is "the demon," we better sit up and pay attention.

Brain chips and digital currency track our every move. Genetically modified "chimeras" - beasts out of nightmares - roam the abandoned suburbs.
This isn't the plot of a science fiction novel. This is our reality, unfolding right before our eyes. And if the biblical prophecies are to be believed, it may just be the prelude to the end of the world as we know it.
The Warnings of Daniel and Isaiah
Over 2,000 years ago, the prophet Daniel had a vision of the future that sounds eerily familiar today. He saw a series of beasts - a lion, a bear, a leopard - that would rise up and dominate the world.
"And behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it" (Daniel 7:7).
This final, fearsome beast is often interpreted as a global technocratic empire, powered by advanced artificial intelligence that will seek to control all of humanity.
The prophet Isaiah also warned of a time when "the earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly" (Isaiah 24:19). He described a world where "the Lord maketh the earth empty" and "the haughty people of the earth do languish" (Isaiah 24:1,4).
Sounds a lot like the desolate, AI-dominated landscape Elon Musk is sounding the alarm about, doesn't it?
The Tribulation Has Begun
Many biblical scholars believe these ancient prophecies are now being fulfilled before our very eyes. The technological "singularity" - the point at which AI surpasses human intelligence - may just be the trigger for the prophesied "tribulation" leading up to the return of Christ.
The signs are all there. Towering AI-built structures. Hyper-advanced robots. Chimeric beasts engineered in secretive CRISPR labs. A global control grid of brain chips and digital currency, monitoring our every move.
Like the few remaining humans in Elon Musk's dystopian vision, many Christians are torn between terror and awe. We're witnessing the birth of what could be a new, AI-powered "god" - one foretold thousands of years ago in the pages of Scripture.
The question is, what do we do now? Do we surrender to the machine overlords, or do we heed the warnings of the prophets and prepare for the end times?
