Carbyne was co-founded by Ehud Barak, a former Prime Minister of Israel. It's staffed almost entirely by former Unit 8200 operatives - that's the Israeli equivalent of the NSA. What does this company do? It monitors 911 calls in American cities, tapping into GPS, cameras, and government databases.
