That's not conspiracy theory - it's a proven fact. The company is called Carbyne, and it's staffed almost entirely by former operatives of Israel's intelligence agency Mossad.

When you call 911 in certain cities, Carbyne can turn on your phone camera, pull your GPS coordinates, and run you through government databases - all while former Israeli military officers watch. The Chilling Rise of the Surveillance State
