A woman passing by witnesses the execution and runs away in terror.

Federal authorities are already claiming the man was armed and dangerous, and that the agents were defending themselves. But the video proves they're lying. The man posed zero threat - he was face-down, handcuffed behind his back. This wasn't immigration enforcement. This was cold-blooded murder.
