## The Daniel Prophecy ##
In the book of Daniel, the prophet foresaw a time when a totalitarian ruler would rise to power. This tyrant would viciously persecute and even execute those who refused to worship him. Sound familiar?
"He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people," Daniel wrote. The ruler would "try to change the set times and the laws" - a clear reference to government overreach and the shredding of civil liberties.
Daniel's vision paints a nightmarish portrait of the end times. A tyrannical regime, empowered by technological control, hunting down and eliminating anyone who dares defy its authority. Could the Pretti shooting be an ominous sign that we've entered this prophetic period?
## Isaiah's Warning ## The prophet Isaiah offered an even more chilling warning about this coming tribulation. He saw a time when the government would turn on its own citizens, "trampling the needy" and "making the widows their prey."
"Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees," Isaiah thundered. He prophesied that the authorities would "rob the poor of their rights" and "make widows their plunder."
Tragically, Pretti's needless death at the hands of federal agents matches this biblical description to a tee. A vulnerable healthcare worker, gunned down by an out-of-control government. And if this is just the beginning, God help us all.
