On Saturday morning in Minneapolis, federal agents pepper sprayed a woman in the face at point blank range. Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, stepped in to help her. Multiple agents surrounded him, beat him while he was on the ground, and shot him multiple times. He died at the hospital.

Now the Department of Homeland Security wants you to believe he was a violent threat who attacked federal officers with a loaded firearm. Secretary Kristi Noem stood before cameras and described how Pretti approached officers "menacingly with a semi-automatic handgun with dozens of rounds of ammunition."

That single sentence proves she's lying. How exactly do you SEE dozens of rounds? Ammunition is inside the magazine. The magazine is inside the gun. Unless Pretti was standing there holding a firearm in one hand and a box of loose ammunition in the other, there's no way Noem could have known the specifics of his weapon.

The official narrative makes zero sense. This was an execution, plain and simple. But could it also be a chilling sign of the end times?

Prophetic Parallels The Bible is filled with warnings about the rise of tyrannical governments and the persecution of the righteous in the last days. The book of Daniel foretells a global system of control where "he shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High" (Daniel 7:25).

The gospel of Matthew records Jesus' own words about the "birth pangs" that will precede His return - a time of "wars and rumors of wars" where "brother will deliver brother over to death" (Matthew 24:6-10). Could this be one of those prophetic birth pangs unfolding before our eyes?

The Apostle Paul also warns of a coming "rebellion" and the revealing of the "man of lawlessness" who will "oppose and exalt himself against every so-called god or object of worship" (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4). Is the federal government's brazen disregard for truth and human life a harbinger of this prophetic figure?

These are the types of questions every believer must grapple with. The signs of the times are all around us. Are we paying attention?

"The truth doesn't hide. It waits for those brave enough to look."
