The Horrifying Truth About Dollar General's Takeover of Small-Town America

I don't leave my house much these days. Not since that incident a few years back when I got stabbed investigating a child trafficking ring out west. The PTSD hit me hard, and now I'm more of a hermit, holed up and trying to make sense of it all.

But every now and then, I have no choice but to brave the cold and venture out. Today was one of those days. I needed something from the store, so I bundled up, hopped on my e-scooter, and zipped down to the local Dollar General.

Today, we have the technology to make that a reality. Brain chips, cashless transactions, big data monitoring our every move. It's all falling into place, just as the Scripture foretold.
