Video obtained by The Wise Wolf shows half a dozen ICE agents brutally beating a handcuffed man who is face-down on the ground near 26th Street W and Nicollet Ave in Minneapolis. When the man poses no threat, one agent calmly draws his weapon and fires five shots at point-blank range, executing the restrained individual.
A woman passing by witnesses the horror and flees in terror. The person filming can be heard yelling, "They just f***ing killed that man!"
