As a worried parent, I can't help but feel a growing sense of dread wash over me when I look at the state of the world today. The signs of the end times are everywhere, staring us right in the face. And if you know your Bible, you know the rapture could be upon us sooner than we think.
Concerning the End Times
Just look at the headlines: war raging in Ukraine, global supply chains in chaos, inflation skyrocketing. Jesus warned us these would be the "birth pains" preceding his return. The world is spiraling out of control, and it's only going to get worse before the second coming.
Revelation of the Tribulation
The book of Revelation paints a chilling picture of the tribulation period - a seven-year span of unimaginable suffering and judgment on the earth. Famine, pestilence, persecution of believers. It's enough to make your blood run cold. And based on current events, I fear we're staring down the barrel of that prophetic gun.
The Rapture is Imminent
Perhaps most terrifying of all is the timing of the rapture - the sudden, supernatural event where Jesus snatches all true Christians from the earth before the tribulation begins. The signs indicate this could happen at any moment. Are you ready to meet your Maker?
