This beast will have the ability to control all financial transactions, forcing everyone to receive a "mark" in order to buy or sell. Sound familiar? We're talking cashless society, digital currency, biometric tracking. The technology for this nightmarish scenario already exists.

The Convergence of Surveillance and Tyranny

And it gets worse. The book of Daniel also warned of a coming "little horn" that would seek to "change the times and the law." This despot will have the power to persecute and even execute believers who refuse to worship him. Again, the parallels to our current trajectory are undeniable. Widespread surveillance, the erosion of privacy rights, the demonization of anyone who challenges the establishment. These are all hallmarks of the coming antichrist system.

The Faithful Must Prepare

So what are we to make of all this? Is there any hope? Absolutely. But the watchmen on the wall must sound the alarm. The faithful must steel themselves for the trials ahead and cling tightly to their faith. The forces of darkness are encroaching, but the light of Christ will never be extinguished.
