They never believed the prophets when it mattered.
You know the story of the boy who cried wolf. A shepherd cries "Wolf! Wolf!" as a prank, and when the villagers come running, there's no wolf. He does it again, and again, until one day a real wolf shows up. The boy screams, but no one believes him. The wolf devours the sheep.
Well, the same pattern is playing out on a global scale. The modern-day prophets of God have been warning us for decades, but the world refuses to listen. The tribulation foretold in Scripture is already unfolding, and hardly anyone recognizes the signs.
The Prophetic Timeline
The book of Daniel lays out a precise timeline of end-times events. The prophet Daniel was given visions of four world empires that would rise and fall, culminating in a final global power led by the Antichrist.
These prophecies have been uncannily accurate so far. The Babylonian, Persian, Greek, and Roman empires all rose and fell exactly as Daniel described, centuries before they happened. Now we're in the final stage - the fragmented, unstable world order that precedes the rise of the Antichrist.
Just as Daniel warned, the world is fracturing. Economies are collapsing, social unrest is spreading, and powerful nations are turning against each other. The globalist dream of a unified, peaceful planet is crumbling. The stage is being set for the Great Tribulation.
The Warnings Ignored
The prophet Isaiah also gave chilling end-times prophecies that are manifesting in our day. He foresaw a time of lawlessness, violence, and moral decay - a world that has abandoned God and His ways.
"Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness," Isaiah warned (Isaiah 5:20). We are living in that very world now. Abortion, sexual deviancy, and occult practices are celebrated while biblical values are scorned. The warnings of the prophets go unheeded.
Just like the villagers in the fable, the world has heard the cries of the watchmen too many times. When the real tribulation arrives, no one will believe it. The wolves are already at the door.
"The truth doesn't hide. It waits for those brave enough to look."
