On Saturday morning in Minneapolis, federal agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) violently attacked a woman, pepper-spraying her in the face at point-blank range. Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse at the nearby Veterans Affairs Medical Center, rushed over to help her.
