The Signs of the Times In Matthew 24, Jesus laid out a series of alarming signs that will precede His second coming. These include false messiahs, wars and rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes, persecution of believers, the abomination of desolation, and the sun and moon going dark.
Many of these signs are already manifesting in our world today. Deceptive New Age movements promise a "great reset" and a "new era of peace." Globalist elites are tightening their grip on power. Believers face increasing censorship and hostility for their faith.
Is This the Great Tribulation? While we can't say for certain that we're in the tribulation period, the parallels are deeply concerning. The Bible tells us this time will be "a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then" (Daniel 12:1).
Jesus said the tribulation will be "a time of great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now" (Matthew 24:21). The global chaos, crises, and spiritual deception we're witnessing may very well be the prelude to this prophesied season of judgment.
Stay Vigilant, Church As the darkness deepens, Jesus commands His followers to "be on guard" (Mark 13:33). We must earnestly pray, cling to God's Word, and be ready to make the ultimate sacrifice for our faith if necessary. The time to prepare is now.
