The video shows half a dozen ICE agents savagely beating a handcuffed man who is face-down on the ground near 26th Street W and Nicollet Ave. And then, in a horrifying turn of events, one agent draws his weapon and fires five shots into the restrained man as he lies helpless on the concrete.
You heard that right. Executed. On the streets of Minneapolis. By federal agents.
The City has acknowledged awareness of "another shooting involving federal law enforcement" in the area. But of course, the feds are already spinning this as a "justified" action against an "armed and dangerous" suspect. They're lying through their teeth.
This footage proves the man posed zero threat. He was face-down, handcuffed. An execution, plain and simple.
