As the man lies helpless, one agent draws his weapon and fires five shots at point-blank range, executing the restrained suspect.

A bystander runs away in terror as the person filming yells, "They just f***ing killed that man!" Federal authorities are already claiming the man was armed and dangerous, but the video proves their story is a lie. This man posed zero threat when he was murdered by government agents on the streets of America.
