Approximately six ICE agents in full tactical gear are seen beating a handcuffed man who is face-down on the ground. After 30 seconds of this assault, one of the agents draws his weapon and fires five shots point-blank into the helpless, restrained man.

A bystander who witnessed the execution can be heard screaming in terror as she flees the scene. The person filming from across the street cries out, "They just f***ing killed that man!"

This is not the work of rogue agents. Federal authorities are already moving to control the narrative, claiming the man was "armed and dangerous" and the agents were acting in self-defense. But the video proves they are lying. The man posed zero threat - he was handcuffed and face-down when they shot him.
