The video clearly depicts half a dozen ICE agents brutally beating a handcuffed man who is face-down on the ground. After the vicious assault, one agent calmly pulls out his weapon and fires five shots point-blank into the helpless, restrained victim. A bystander can be heard screaming in terror as she flees the scene.
